BearDance Forestry provides professional tree services, land clearing, wildfire mitigation, site preparation, and emergency response in Montana and surrounding areas. All services are subject to a written estimate and agreement.

2. Estimates & Payments

  • Estimates are provided free of charge after an on-site assessment.

  • All project terms, scope of work, and costs will be outlined in a written estimate or contract.

  • Payment terms are as agreed upon in the estimate. Payment is typically due upon project completion unless otherwise arranged.

  • Accepted forms of payment: cash, check, or agreed-upon electronic payment.

3. Scheduling & Availability

We strive to schedule projects as promptly as possible. Emergency services are prioritized. Factors such as weather, equipment availability, and crew safety may affect scheduling and work timelines.

4. Liability & Insurance

BearDance Forestry is fully insured for the services we provide. Clients can request proof of insurance at any time.

BearDance Forestry is not liable for pre-existing property conditions or for damages caused by conditions outside of our control (such as severe weather during or after service).

5. Safety

The safety of our crew, clients, and the public is our top priority. Clients are asked to keep pets, children, and other individuals away from active work areas.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes when possible.
